Star Wars Battlefront Leaves Gamers Begging for More

The is the moment everybody who’s ever watched or played a Star Wars product has been waiting for: Star Wars Battlefront is nearly here!

Star Wars Battlefront, the latest game from DICE’s upcoming smash hit, comes out for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC on November 17th for North America. (November 19th for the rest of the world). This game comes with amazing graphics and the ability to switch from first-person to third person whenever you want. Battlefront won’t be considered a sequel to Star Wars Battlefront 2, which was originally for Playstation 2 and the Xbox, but rather a reboot.

Battlefront will include some new features, such as the removal of server browsers, which makes it easier for players to choose what gamemode and maps to play, and will make it easier to jump straight into a game instead of waiting in a lobby.

Also, the game features new maps and a game mode called Drop Zone, which is a “king of the hill” game type of style which means the teams will be fighting to control one area rather than a bunch of different areas. Players won’t know where the drop zones are until they drop.

Also, a very surprising feature was that DICE claimed there won’t be a single player campaign, explaining that “very few would play it”. They also mentioned that it takes a lot of time to make,so why bother making one. Many fans agreed with them about not having a story mode. EA claimed the first Battlefront was supposed to only be multiplayer, yet it featured a campaign.

Many gamers are hoping this will be a big success in the franchise.
